We are seeking an experienced Working Field Supervisor to lead retail and facility projects for high-end clients across Florida. This position requires both leadership and hands-on work, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Candidates must have strong trade skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to travel regularly.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specification.
Lead and coordinate crew members, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.
Perform hands-on work as needed, including general maintenance, repairs, installations, or trade-specific tasks.
Conduct quality control checks and enforce safety protocols.
Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates and address issues promptly.
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job progress.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or construction management training preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, retail, or facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in one or more trades such as carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a team.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout Florida.
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
