JOB DESCRIPTION:
Communicate daily via e-mail and telephone with clients and attorneys addressing accounts in the department
Follow up regularly with attorneys to insure our accounts are handled properly
Prioritize daily work throughout the day to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Consistently reading, interpreting and reconciling documents such as invoices, contracts, legal agreements and court documents
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong computer skills
Familiarity with legal terms
Excellent communication and written skills
Ability to multi-task
Prior client service experience
Attention to detail when working with numbers, especially when reconciling invoices
WORK SCHEDULE: 9am-6pm - In person
