TrustPoint.One has partnered with a top AmLaw 100 Civil Defense Litigation firm to find an experienced Paralegal for its Orlando office, specializing in Litigation and Healthcare. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the defense of medical professionals and providers in matters such as medical malpractice, credentialing, licensing issues, and government investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical, financial, and employment records.
- Prepare medical record chronologies and trial materials (notebooks, exhibits, witness files).
- Manage fast-paced discovery, coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Conduct legal research and compile evidence from various sources.
- Maintain case files, court docket calendar, and generate status reports.
- Assist with expert analysis and communicate case issues.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Litigation experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
