We are a consumer-focused law firm assisting clients in financial distress. We are seeking a part-time contract attorney to assist with consultations for bankruptcy, debt defense, and foreclosure defense cases. Familiarity in these practice areas is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
The position is for a window of around 4 hours per day, anywhere from 1x to 3x per week at the contractor's discretion (so an estimated 4-12 hours per week). The position is fully remote.
The comp plan would be an hourly base plus incentive. There may be room for long-term growth.
