We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Representative to promote health insurance services at high-traffic community locations such as supermarkets. This is a great opportunity for someone outgoing, goal-oriented, and motivated by making connections and generating quality leads.
Job Details:
Location: Outside sales in front of supermarkets and other community areas
Schedule: 4 days a week, 6 hours per day (includes Saturday and Sunday)
Pay: $15 per hour + Bonus end of the season!
Responsibilities:
Approach and engage with potential clients in person.
Collect and qualify leads for follow-up.
Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner.
Track and report daily activity.
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills – must be comfortable talking to strangers.
Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Positive, outgoing, and professional personality
Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
