Prepare packaging for products
Assemble and configure Bosch e-Assist motor
QUALIFICATIONSAbility to work in a fast paced environment with attention to details
Ability to understand basic mechanical assembly and manufacturing techniques
Bicycle mechanic certification a plus
e-Bike assembly and configuration experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, with ability to work well in groups or independently
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or equivalent
Lean Manufacturing training desirable
LANGUAGE SKILLSEffectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
Ability to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to perform basic mathematical computations.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to analyze information, problems, and situations to formulate logical and objective conclusions.
Ability to organize material, information in a systematic way to optimize efficiency.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe qualified candidate will be required to work up to an 8-hour shift, which would include, sitting, standing, walking, and/or lifting of 20-50 pounds, twisting, bending, pulling, and otherwise physically active in a warehouse environment that is moderately temperature controlled.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
