Fabricator/Welder

A custom metal fabrication shop in the Orlando area is looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder capable of high precision & quality utilizing MIG & TIG welding. (Structural and/or Pipe Welding is not counted in the 3 years minimum Fabricating/Welding Experience – Fabrication Experience is Important)

Looking for someone who is self-motivated with little to no additional training & can work with little supervision.

Must have a good attitude & work well with others. Must be flexible with a can-do attitude to help wherever needed to keep our TEAM successful.

Past AWS welding experience and certifications are a plus. Our in-house AWS CWI will qualify you to various materials, thicknesses & processes including GMAW-P & GTAW.

Work with some of the best equipment available including Miller Dynasty TIGs, Build Pro Tables & tooling.

Job Requirements

Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.

Ability to read and understand complex Fabrication drawings.

Minimum 3 years MIG & TIG welding experience.

Experience working with aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. We commonly fabricate and weld materials from 1/32" - 1" thick.

Physical Demands

Able to lift heavy objects independently (assistance provided on overweight items).

Benefits

Paid Weekly. Mon-Fri, 07:00 am – 03:30 pm, 40 hour work week with rare overtime or weekends. Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, 401K with Matching, Paid Holidays, and Vacation.

Highly competitive compensation for quality candidates. $25 per hour and up depending on experience.
