ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT MANAGER/PM ASSISTANT
Commercial Mechanical Contractor is seeking a detail oriented and very organized person to assist in managing multiple administrative duties for multiple projects.
We are looking for a self starter that can multi task and assist managers with all aspects of administrative duties as it pertains to projects and have the desire to learn how to manage projects on their own from inception to completion.
Knowledge and experience with Change Orders, RFI's, Submittals, Permitting, Purchasing, Reading/Understanding Plans and Specs, Vendor Relations, Customer/Owner/General Contractor Relations is all a plus.
The ability to complete tasks with minimum guidance - out-of-the-box thinking and research ability is a must. The qualified candidate brings with them, a pleasant and professional demeanor toward customers and all levels of team members with the ability to work in a small office setting.
