We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining an organized and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and maintain files and records
Data entry and updating databases
Handle basic office correspondence (emails, memos, etc.)
Assist in preparing reports and documents
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus
Proficient in Computer Skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
