Estimator – Custom Millwork & Commercial Interiors
Direct Millwork & Furnishing Inc. – Central Florida
Direct Millwork & Furnishing Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our established custom millwork and commercial interiors company. We have over 30 years in business producing high-quality commercial, hospitality, and custom fabrication projects throughout Florida.
This is a long-term, key position for someone who understands millwork from drawings to shop floor.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for custom millwork, casework, and specialty fabrication
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Perform detailed takeoffs and material/labor costing
Coordinate with ownership, project management, and production
Assist with value engineering and bid strategy
Support proposal preparation as needed
Requirements
Proven estimating experience in custom millwork / cabinetry / commercial interiors
Strong understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and finishes
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Proficient with estimating software and Excel
Florida experience preferred
