Skills/Traits/Experience:
Ability to work independently and respond to team needs

Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Experience
Accounts payable/receivable principles and practices
Process Payroll
Prepare and report certified payrolls as necessary.
Reconcile bank accounts,
G/L and month-end closing
Process quarterly sales tax
Set up employee paperwork such as applications, W2, 1099,
Provide clients with releases and other paperwork as required by contract.
Request and provide COI’s as required.
Assist in insurance renewals and audits as necessary.
Track NTOs and request releases from suppliers/subcontractors as required.
Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements
Must be a Notary now, or able to get your Notary Commission soon after employment.
