Busy, local, Construction company seeking a positive, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will perform receptionist, scheduling and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Answer inbound telephone calls and use headset
- Strong computer skills
- Review daily production timesheets in RedTeam software system
- Draft and e-mail correspondences and other formal documents, intended to staff and clients.
- Execute lien waivers
- Request insurance certifications
- Assist with the process of payroll
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and companies
- Effectively communicate with team members, customers over the phone and greet individuals at front office.
- Demonstrate interest in our particular industry, such as learning about all of the different projects at hand, project managers and communicating effectively with them.
- Other office tasks such as copying, scanning, making files, postage, stuffing envelopes, etc.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration (Construction industry/subcontractor office experience is preferred)
- A positive attitude and outlook
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy, hectic environment while staying focused and calm
- Ability to take direction and willingness to be a team player
- Ability to work independently if needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and accept constructive criticism
- Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual) English a must
