We are looking to immediately hire a friendly and outgoing customer service representative / receptionist at our Colonial Town Center location. If this is you, please send your resume today! The main job tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
Answer multi-line telephone system, screen and direct calls for several different companies
Take and relay messages
Provide information to callers
Greet persons entering facilities
Direct persons to correct destination
Manage queries from the public and clients
General administrative and clerical support
Prepare letters and documents
Receive and sort mail and deliveries for several different companies
Schedule appointments
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Office opening and closing procedures, general readiness at all times
Client billing
Managing customer folders and office setup
Stock and tidy copy area, cafe area, conference rooms
Position may require occasionally covering other company offices located in various areas of Orlando
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Active working knowledge of computers, Microsoft office and mac applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Keyboard skills
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong command of the English language
Bilingual preferred, however not required
Professional interaction with current and potential new clients
Entrepreneur spirit as new ideas encouraged
Professional personal presentation

Strong organizing and planning skills

Strong work ethic
Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:00pm
