Pioneer Management is seeking an energetic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our Orlando team. Our Leasing Consultants are the first point of contact for all perspective residents, and are responsible for leasing and marketing of our apartment units, as well as, maintaining a positive relationship with the residents.
A Typical Day May Include the Following:
Responding to phone and email requests with the goal of converting those leads to tours
Finding the ideal apartment home solution for our guests by identifying their wants and needs, taking them on a tour of what we have to offer, and inviting them to join our community
Leasing apartments at an acceptable determined percent of total prospects toured
Accurately and efficiently preparing and assisting with all leasing documentation (i.e., applications, lease agreements, addenda, employment checks, credit checks and leasing move-in packets)
Following the entire prospect process while ensuring company policies and procedures are being adhered to
Maintaining an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community including, but not limited to: rent and pricing information, concessions, market comps, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expiration's, square footage, etc.
Collecting security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves
Completing service requests and communications to maintenance department
Supporting the overall marketing efforts of the property including offsite marketing, open houses and resident events
Offering input and suggestions in regards to promotions, advertisements, and ways to increase prospect and resident satisfaction
Understanding and complying with state landlord-tenant Fair Housing laws and standards
Performing regular inspections of tour routes, models and all vacant apartments on a regular basis to ensure they are ready to show and communicating any issues to the team so they can be addressed
Assisting the office team with renewal follow-up
Attending and participating in training seminars when requested
Preparing detailed and accurate weekly market survey report for supervisors
If You Have the Following, We Want to Hear from You!
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent
A minimum of one-year leasing experience
Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background
Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and organizational skills
Demonstrate proficiency in working with computers including Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, CRM software/database, and social media platforms
Ability to work both independently and as a team
