Full Time Position, Hourly rate
Including but not limited to:
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Carry out tasks for management
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, permitting etc.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and insurance companies
Assist with Marketing tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Time Management skills
