Office Admin Assistant

Job Opportunity: Team Member at Licensed Electrical Contracting Company - Approximately 25 hours per week.

We are a licensed electrical contracting company serving both residential and commercial customers. We’re seeking a positive team player with excellent phone and organizational skills to assist in various areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and schedule customer service calls and estimates.

Manage accounts receivable, including weekly follow-up calls, statements, and emails.

Assist with entering and emailing customer invoices and estimates.

Help with entering accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, and coding to the appropriate accounts and customers.

Support payroll by entering and approving employee timesheets.

Perform data entry tasks as needed.

2 years office experience would be nice.

This role includes some bookkeeping tasks that are easy to learn.
