Requirements:
1 year of previous office management experience
Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must be available 20-25 hours, 3-4 day a week .
