We are a reputable Accounting Firm assisting Tax payers across the nation. As a busy call center, we are currently seeking office assistance to handle back end processing tasks. This is role is mainly an office / administrative task. After a month we will consider allowing you to work from home.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Receiving transferred calls from Tax Agents to process the Tax return.
Sending out documents for electronic signatures through DocuSign.
Collecting necessary documents to attach to our client portal, and providing customer service support by answering inquiries.
We will provide comprehensive training on handling customer service questions. Additionally, you will be making outbound calls and receiving incoming phone calls using our user-friendly CRM software.
Our automated systems make the tasks efficient and simple to navigate.
We are seeking a computer-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service voice, and the ability to multitask effectively.
