Office Assistant – Join Our Team!
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an energetic Office Assistant to support our team and help ensure the seamless operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office files, databases, and records (physical and digital).
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and team members.
- Availability Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Fridays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years of experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
