A detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant is needed for our Orlando office to provide administrative support. Candidates should possess a professional demeanor, strong communication skills and excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to sales consultants and management team.
-Answer phones, manage emails, and handle correspondences.
-Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
-Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media updates.
-Maintain client files and a record of client correspondence and key account information.
-Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to type 50+ WPM.
-Ability to start immediately and work Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Fridays from 10 AM - 4 PM.
-Proven experience in an office support role.
-Two or more years of office and customer service experience is required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite and CRM software.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
