As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats. This role combines front desk reception duties with general office and administrative support. The ideal candidate will help ensure our office runs smoothly and that communication between clients, vendors, and our internal team is efficient and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Take accurate messages and ensure prompt follow-ups

Schedule meetings and appointments for management and team members

Assist with hiring and onboarding processes

Handle general office tasks including printing, scanning, filing, and document organization

Order and manage office and project materials as needed

Track quotes sent to suppliers and follow up on pending orders or pricing

Maintain records of materials, supplier communications, and project-related documentation

Support management and field teams as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an office, receptionist, or administrative role (construction industry experience is a plus)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Starting rate: $16.00 per hour

Performance review after 3 months: Pay rate may increase based on in-office performance, reliability, and overall contribution
