Job Responsibility List:
1. Receive and direct visitors/guests as needed
2. Performs all clerical duties as necessary
3. Performs data entry tasks as required and directed
4. Ability to create and build spreadsheets as needed
5. Orders and manages office materials
6. Deals with all mailing activity as needed and coordinates receiving/pickup of project checks as needed
7. Makes appointments and deals with all company phone calls
8. Updates company-wide calendar
9. Maintains a clean office working environment
10. Does all company printing duties/needs
11. Creates and orders all labels for projects
12. Assists as needed in any warranty service calls and scheduling
13. All office filing of necessary documents
14. Assists as needed in any creation of EPO requests and keeping track of sales orders
15. Assists as needed in tracking and dealing with project returns and credits
16. Assists in any marketing strategies and innovation – Assists in marketing projects
Duties & Descriptions:
1. Clerical duties include data entry tasks, answering phone calls, as well as sorting and filing documents.
2. Manages and deals with tracking credit on products, returns on products, and any incoming or outgoing mailing needs.
3. All office materials are to be evaluated weekly for restocking by the Receptionist.
4. Has the ability to aid with signing lien releases/notarization when necessary.
5. Assists all departments as needed for clerical/administrative tasks as needed.
6. Monitors access to company premises and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted or certain areas.

Cross department training and task management/duties are common and may be required as deemed necessary and contribute to the overall collaboration and teamwork of the company.
Employee is not limited to only above scope but must be flexible to amendments or current day needs as necessary for completion of tasks that lay outside ‘typical’ scopes and bounds as described above.
