About Us:
Mangum Construction is a licensed general contractor serving Central Florida. While we are best known for our commercial construction, remodels, and large-scale projects, we also provide home repair and maintenance services for homeowners who need trusted, professional help.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for field technicians.
Call customers to confirm next-day appointments.
Work with technicians to keep schedules efficient.
Post photos to Facebook and other social media.
Upload job photos into CompanyCam after service calls.
Handle office tasks as needed using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
Prior scheduling or customer service experience preferred.
