We are seeking a dedicated Trucking Dispatcher to manage communication with drivers and ensure timely deliveries.”
- Coordinate routes and delivery schedules
- Communicate with drivers regarding loads and schedules
- Handle paperwork and documentation
- Resolve issues and provide solutions as they arise
- Monitor freight status and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in trucking dispatch or logistics (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite
Sales person
- Connecting with clients
- Finding new clients
- Establishing and following up with the relationships
- Representing the company Physically and virtually
