We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, time management skills as well as strong customer service. Office located in St. Cloud, FL.
Responsibilities: Assist in document and file management.Coordinate appointments and meetings. Make payments to suppliers. Answer client calls and inquiries. Perform general administrative tasks. Draft real estate contracts and keep the transaction filing system up to date, among others.
Requirements:Previous experience in office environment, preferably in real estate. Proficient in all basic computer programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactivity and customer orientation. Full-time job (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Some Saturdays based on neccesity.
