Real estate brokerage in search of hiring an assistant/secretary position to the broker of the company. Secretary can have real estate background or none. This job can be handled from home, or at our office in Downtown Orlando which is preferred, with a second location in Downtown Kissimmee coming soon. Training is for two weeks and the job entitles the following responsibilities of secretary,

-- Assist broker on day to day basis with schedule preparation and organization

-- Handle and prepare brokerages documentation

-- Handle office phone calls

-- Monday-Friday Schedule - (830am-530pm)

Who are we?

At this time we would like to keep our brokerage name confidential until assessing responses and then conducting a phone interview which will lead to an in person interview with the broker of the company. We are a brokerage of 10 real estate agents and had sales of $20,000,000 in Central Florida. Broker is in search of someone that is sharp and can handle all situations at ease and confidence to get the job done.
