We are looking for a very organized, outgoing person to be part of our recruiting department. MUST be perfectly bilingual English/Spanish. We are looking to expand our new Real Estate brokerage and looking for a person to recruit the best talent, the best realtors. Recruiter must be methodic and perseverant.
Experience on Real Estate will be great but not mandatory. We are looking for somebody to grow with us and hire the best talent on the industry. This position will have a base salary to be negotiated plus bonus per transaction closed by his agents.
