About the Role
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Agent (OSA) to serve warm, ready-to-move buyers and sellers generated by our content-driven marketing. You’ll run consultations, write/negotiate offers, and guide clients to closing—supported by streamlined systems and operational help.
What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to warm inquiries and convert to appointments
Run buyer/seller consultations and property showings
Structure offers, negotiate terms, and manage files to close
Maintain a professional calendar and proactive client communication
