Job title: Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, processing, and scheduling work orders
- Managing in process jobs and ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner and at an acceptable level of quality
- Communicating with corporate partners and homeowners about progress and scope of projects
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset will be a key to success in this role.
About Us:
We are involved with the maintenance aspect of the property management industry. We differ from a traditional maintenance company in where we do not manage tenants - we simply maintain the physical properties. We are a growing family owned company with lots of room for future advancement!
Previous administrative experience in an office setting is required; previous property management experience would be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; ability to quickly learn our office portals and applications required. We will provide training for these programs - previous experience is not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Hybrid work schedule - expect 1-2 days a week required at our office. You must maintain a strong internet connection if you choose to work from home.
