Job Description:
We're seeking an Acquisitions Specialist, A Real estate Wholesaler or Agent with a sales and negotiation skills for our virtual wholesale operation.
Your tasks will include lead processing, negotiating, meeting with sellers, assessing property, and putting houses under contract, and assisting with preparing contracts and closing.

$50,000 - $100,000 in a Year
Qualifications:
You Do Not need to be a Realtor
Must live in Central Florida (preferably in Orange County).
Must have a great attitude and be coachable.
Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
Must be ambitious! We're looking for a real "Go-Getter" that wants to serve, and add value.
Must be a great manager of time, and be able to work autonomously from home.
Must be a "people person".
Must be somewhat tech savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as: Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM (Podio), Microsoft Office, Voxer, Smartphone, etc. We Can Teach
This is a commission based position where you can work from home.

What's required?
Minimum 20 Hours a Week From 5pm to 9pm (Monday- Friday).
