Responsibilities
Collaborate with the manager to understand store operations and sales procedures
Perform water analysis and mechanical repairs
Work to increase sales and customer engagement
Ensure safety protocols are followed by all staff
Assist in identifying candidates for open positions
Maintain an inviting store environment
Support merchandising and inventory management
Manage opening and closing duties, including bank deposits as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Must be 18 years of age
Provide exceptional customer service
Can lift 50 lbs.
Bilingual a plus
Knowledge of basic swimming pool maintenance or experience in maintaining a pool is also beneficial.
