Trainer Needed (English/Spanish) – Warehouse Employees & Drivers
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Employee Trainer to help train and onboard our staff across multiple roles and shifts, including:
Day Shift Drivers
Warehouse Pickers and Employees
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver effective hands-on training programs tailored to each role
Ensure employees understand safety procedures, company protocols, and job duties
Conduct performance assessments and offer coaching as needed
Create a structured onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
Proven experience training in warehouse/logistics or transportation
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish preferred)
