Telecom Field Service Technician Structured cabling (Orlando and surrounding areas)
This is a 1099 position
We are a Low Voltage telecommunications cabling company with a background in VOICE, DATA, A/V, CCTV industries.
Experienced with installing, terminating, and testing cabling for low voltage systems such as VOICE/ DATA, A/V, SECURITY, CCTV.
We are looking for a self-starter Telecom Field Service Technician.
Responsibilities:
Good communications and customer relationship skills
Must own a vehicle (Mandatory for work) preferred Van or SUV (valid driver’s license, insurance as well as a clean background check)
Must have your own Low Voltage Structured cabling tools including an 8th-foot Ladder and a laptop computer
Must have Structured cabling experience with installation and repair POTS/DATA
Racks and cable management systems.
Be able to terminate and punch down cat5 &6 cables
Must have 66 and 110 Block cabling experience
Must be able to troubleshoot network connections on laptop, NOC - support will be provided
Voice, Data, Audio/Video, Security cameras, Paging
Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) Services
Some examples of retail stores we support are Marshals, TJ MAX, Home goods, United states postal service, Walgreens, Walmart, Advanced Auto Parts, among many others.
