We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bilingual Administrative and Sales Associate. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish as a primary language and have a strong command of English. Additionally, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Spanish (Required)
- Proficient in English (Required)
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Familiarity with Google Forms
- Experience with WordPress
- Knowledge of Canvas
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems (Paypal, Kajabi, Square, Ticketplate)
- Strong administrative skills, including document management, event scheduling, and digital file organization.
Marketing:
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to contribute to marketing initiatives
Sales Orientation & Experience:
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to work in sales
- Ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Familiarity with real estate concepts and terms.
- Previous experience in educational institutions.
- Customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities:
Utilize strong language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and assist in English-language communication when necessary.
Manage and organize data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Create and manage forms using Google Forms.
Update and maintain content on WordPress or Similar.
Familiarity with Canvas for various tasks.
Proficient use of POS systems for sales transactions.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and support sales efforts.
