We are a well-established furniture store in Casselberry, FL, seeking 3 enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. If you are bilingual (Spanish-English), have a passion for customer service, and a drive to meet sales goals, this is a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect furniture for their home
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Process sales transactions accurately
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish-English) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous sales or retail experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Store hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM, Sunday, 11 AM - 6 PM
Rotating weekend schedule (employees will not work every Saturday or Sunday)
