This role combines sales expertise with financing knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and securing financing options that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be driven, friendly, and skilled in working with diverse clients to make the car-buying experience easy and satisfying.
- Vehicle Sales: Greet customers and help them find the perfect vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Financing Assistance: Explain financing options and guide customers through the application process, ensuring they understand loan terms and conditions.
- Customer Service: Build rapport with clients, answer questions, and provide excellent follow-up support to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Manage the necessary paperwork for sales and financing transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Inventory Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, pricing, and specifications, to match customers with their ideal car.
- Sales Goals: Work to meet and exceed monthly sales and financing goals, tracking progress and staying motivated to achieve results.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND SASTIFACTORY BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MOST
Valid Driver License is Required
