We are seeking a bilingual Dialer (English and Spanish) to join our dynamic team and help us expand our customer base while providing excellent service to our existing clients.
Position Overview:
As a Dialer, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to a list of potential customers, including homeowners interested in solar energy systems, energy-efficient products, and services for existing solar clients. You will work closely with our sales team to set appointments and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to set appointments for solar energy system installations and energy-efficient products.
Provide information about solar energy systems, services, and products to customers over the phone.
Maintain a high volume of calls daily while achieving daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
Engage with existing solar customers to offer maintenance services and new products.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for appointments.
Meet and exceed set targets for appointments scheduled and sales closed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively, and handle objections.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
