Hello, Iron Funding is a small equipment and loan company that offers equipment loans and unsecured working capital to businesses nationwide. We work with existing business owners and true startups, credit down to a 450 fico (literally no fico requirement) and have single digit interest rates for better credit to 84 months with programs for everyone in between. We have a fantastic reputation for being quick and coming through for customers and equipment dealers and business owners. We have a quick simple process. I am looking for salespeople who want to contact equipment dealers and business owner to get business in the door. This sales manager position can be structured to fit the candidate.
Some salesman/woman want to be on the road visiting equipment dealers and business owners, bringing literature and flyers to get the dealer to get them to send us their applications for their customers. Some salespeople would prefer making calls and emails only on the phone, and some would prefer to just go after the business owner directly. The opportunity is extremely lucrative. For instance, let's say you are on the road and visit some equipment dealers, (construction equipment, landscape, farming, trucking, trailers etc. 100,000 dealers nationwide, you would be surprised how many are in a 50-mile radius of your home. We make generally between 3-15% of the loan amount. So, let's say a dealer sends in a $50,000 application. That commission gross commission on average will be around $4,000. I will pay you 60% to start. Most companies will pay 20-25% for no experience, up to 50% with experience. I will pay 60% to start for no experience and teach you this business. If you just want to refer the business to me, I will do all the work as well. It's up to you how you want this structured. it takes 4-24 hours to process and approve the application and a day or 3 to close.
This industry is not like mortgages or other loan types, we don't need 30-60 days and appraisals and all their financials. 97% of the deals that come in only require a 1-page application, an invoice from the dealer and 3 months bank statements, this is up to 150-250k. Loans higher than this just require a few years tax returns. Still can approve in 1 day and close a few days later etc
A lot of times we don't even need bank statements. It's a quick turn time and you're paid fast. I will teach the right people this, I can promise you if you work full time and follow instructions you can make 150-400k a year with not too much trouble. I know some people doing 10 loans a month and all they do is go to their dealers and bring them out to lunch/dinner, ball games, bring in pizzas, donuts, etc These people are making 500k+ in this business. I will do all the processing and show you the business. It's very easy to learn, no license or formal training is needed. There is no salary or no draw, HOWEVER if you have experience and can bring in business right away, I will discuss a salary or draw. Also, we can do unsecured working capital for people that just need cash for things other than equipment. Keep in mind we offer financing for all business types, can even be medical, restaurant, not just construction and related industries.
We just focus on the above industries because there is so much business and there are dealers on every corner. I mean if you did a $200,000 excavator you would make roughly $6-10k yourself in a 5-day turnaround. Some people do 2-3 of these a week. Do the math. I know people with 6 months in the business doing 10 loans a month, making $600,000 a year. You can work anywhere in the country. I am in Boston, Ma myself. I look forward to talking to you.
