VOTravelClub is hiring a Front Desk Administrator to support daily operations at our Orlando travel club storefront. This role is responsible for guest check-in and check-out, coordinating guest flow, and providing professional front-desk support to both guests and management.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests in a professional manner
Manage check-out and guest flow throughout the day
Distribute gifts and maintain required logs
Assist with escalated guest concerns and direct issues appropriately
Perform basic administrative and clerical support as needed
Support the sales and management teams with daily operations
Qualifications
Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
Prior travel club or timeshare experience a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
