Vetcon HVAC & Plumbing Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Orlando, FL area. As a trusted name in residential and commercial HVAC services, we’re looking for a motivated professional who can drive new business and provide customized HVAC solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate and close sales for HVAC systems and services, including repairs, installations, maintenance contracts, and retrofits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in both residential and commercial markets.
Conduct site visits and develop tailored proposals based on client needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in HVAC sales.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
Ability to demonstrate past performance and successful project completions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Central Florida HVAC market a plus.
