We’re seeking an experienced sales closer to focus exclusively on converting leads into closed deals for bathroom remodeling projects. If you excel at closing high-ticket sales, building trust, and providing a seamless client experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
-Schedule Consultations with incoming leads and follow up with them.
-Present and explain our remodeling services, deliver the quotes, and the value we bring to every project.
-Address objections with confidence and guide clients toward making informed decisions.
-Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Close).
-Turning the opportunities into Deals!
Qualifications
-Proven track record of successfully closing high-ticket sales.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong ability to work independently, manage follow-ups, and stay organized.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
-Prior experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales is highly desirable.
-Bilingual is a PLUS!
