Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, training staff, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and success within the store.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management of daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and organization.
Conduct regular inventory control checks to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock.
Participate in budgeting processes to maintain financial health of the store.
Facilitate employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped for their roles.
Manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
Conduct interviews for potential new hires and assist in the selection process.
Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance and operational needs.
Skills
Strong collaboration skills with a focus on driving sales through teamwork.
Proficient in inventory management techniques and practices.
Experience in wireless sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of budgeting principles to support financial decision-making.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Ability to implement effective inventory control measures.
Experience in interviewing candidates and assessing their fit for the team.
Strong management skills to lead a diverse team towards achieving common goals.
Familiarity with pricing strategies that align with market trends.
