What You’ll Do:
-Make and receive calls using an automatic dialer.
-Use a script to explain our services and offerings to customers.
-Sort and manage calls effectively and move to the next call or pass it on to a closer.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Ability to follow a script and communicate clearly over the phone.
-Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
-College education or additional coursework beyond high school.
-At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or office setting.
-Previous sales experience.
-Basic computer and internet skills are a plus.
Compensation:
Average earnings for Representatives: $400 to $2,000 per week.
Annual salary: $35,000 to $75,000.
