Debt Relief (Debt Validation) company sells program enrollment over the phone and charges client fees for our services.
Our Credit Card fee at times is blocked or declined because the credit card is being charged over the phone (Card Not Present Transaction)
If declined you will call client from the processing department and ask if they received an OTP (One Time Pass Code), or fee authorization text or email and instruct them how to authorize the fee. 3 way calls to the bank with the client online may also be required if no authorization text or email is received then client will give bank the permission to let fee go through)
Debt Relief, Time Share, Cruises, MCA Experience definitely an asset.
