As a Public Adjuster, you will work directly with property owners to ensure they receive fair settlements from their insurance companies after property damage. You’ll be advocating for clients, assessing damage, and negotiating claims on their behalf—making a real impact in the lives of those who need help the most.

Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and evaluate damage.
Meet with homeowners and clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Review insurance policies and determine coverage.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to secure the maximum payout for clients.
Manage multiple claims from start to finish, ensuring clients receive timely and fair compensation.
Requirements:
No prior experience required—willing to train the right candidate.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills.
A background in insurance, construction, or sales is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Must be licensed (or able to obtain licensing) as a Public Adjuster in FLORIDA.
