Job Summary:
We are looking for 10 enthusiastic and driven Residential Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, connecting with homeowners, and helping customers make informed decisions about their roofing needs, and assisting them in the insurance process to get their roof paid for. You’ll be the primary point of contact for residential clients from inspection to close.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Generate new residential leads through door-to-door canvassing (Storm Chasing), referrals, digital inquiries, assigned company leads and networking
2.Conduct thorough roof inspections and identify issues such as storm damage, aging materials, or leaks
3.Educate homeowners about roofing options, materials, warranties, and the installation process
4.Assist customers with insurance claims.
Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals
5.Follow up consistently to close sales and maintain customer relationships
6.Use Jobnimbus or similar CRM software to manage leads, schedule follow-ups, and track sales progress
7.Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth job completion and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior door-to door roof sales experience, solar experience, home water purification experience or general contracting is highly recommended and preferred
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
Ability to work some evenings or occasional weekends as needed (Sundays Off)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
The ability to have patience and apply yourself
