The job entails to drive to an appointment in a home owners place. No renters. You will have 2 to 3 appointments a day, well spread in your territory. The average closing ratio is 40% to 50%. That is equal to $2,500 to +$3,500 a week income. But you must work 6 days a week including Saturday. You may work Sundays if you choose. You can take off one day a week but not Saturday.
You don't collect a draw. Only commissions. The job is seasonal. It starts on February and ends in August 15. Every year. It is not difficult to make $70,000 if you work every week non stop. Then you rest or take another job until next years when you come back to us.
You must have experience with big ticket items. The company provides 2 1/2 days of intensive training though. The training centers are in a hotel near your home. If you live farther than 50 miles from the hotel, the company pays for the hotel stay plus breakfast. You never give us any money, but we pay $25 for each presentation regardless of results.
