Position Overview:
As a Solar Sales Professional, you will play a key role in building the foundation of a brand-new organization destined to be a force within the solar industry. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in door-to-door solar sales who are ready to take their career to the next level. We are seeking candidates who not only have a proven track record of door to door sales, but also possess the ambition to build and grow their own high-performing sales force.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door and/or virtual solar sales, presenting homeowners with compelling solutions and options for solar energy adoption. 40 State is our reach at the moment. 3 install companies with a 4th about to onboard. Loans, Leases, PPA’s available.
Utilize your expertise to close deals and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
Build and manage your own sales team, guiding them towards success and achieving targets.
Collaborate with top installers in 40 states to ensure seamless implementation of solar solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in door-to-door solar sales and/or virtual solar sales is a must.
Demonstrated success in closing solar deals is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with homeowners and build a successful sales team.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals are encouraged to apply.
