Bilingual Salesperson (English/Spanish)
We are a small, family-owned dealership averaging 15–20 cars per month, and we’re looking for a dedicated, bilingual salesperson to join our team. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for someone who is hungry, motivated, tech-savvy, and committed to following up with every lead.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, self-motivated, comfortable working as the dealership’s only salesperson, and good with computers, including CRM systems, social media, and online ads. You should also be able to generate your own leads through Facebook, friends, and word of mouth.
Compensation includes:
$200 per car sold
$100 per insurance sold
$100 bonus for cars sold via your own leads.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
