REQUIREMENTS:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- The ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences
- A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team
Ideal Skills:
- Proven track record in selling vacation packages and promotions
- Familiarity with popular travel destinations and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
In this position, you’ll handle calls from representatives and leverage your knowledge to design customized vacation packages for customers, while also managing their payment information during the call. Being comfortable with scripted sales pitches and responses is essential.
Compensation:
- Earn between 15-40% on your sales!
- Average earnings for closers range from $900 to $3000 per week
- Base pay VS Commission, paid weekly
- Flexible full-time schedule
